Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the GOLD CAMEL platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOLD CAMEL is a trade discovery and matching platform for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) cosmetic items. We provide tools to list items, create wishlists, receive trade match recommendations, and communicate with other traders.

GOLD CAMEL is not an escrow service, gambling platform, or direct marketplace. We do not hold, transfer, or take custody of any virtual items or real currency. All trades occur directly between users on the Steam platform.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use GOLD CAMEL. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account, use automated tools to create accounts, or impersonate any person or entity.

You may not use GOLD CAMEL to:

• Scam, defraud, or deceive other users;
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes;
• Circumvent platform security or scrape data without permission;
• Violate Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement or CS2 terms.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. GOLD CAMEL does not verify item values, wear grades, or float values. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

GOLD CAMEL is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the outcome of any trade, the accuracy of listings, or the trustworthiness of any user. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLD CAMEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any item loss resulting from Steam trades facilitated through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and active subscriptions will be cancelled at end of the billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GOLD CAMEL operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
