Community Guidelines

All listings must accurately represent the item being traded:

• Use the correct weapon name, skin name, and wear condition;
• Do not inflate or misrepresent estimated price;
• Disclose StatTrak, Souvenir, or special pattern status clearly;
• Only list items you currently own and can trade on Steam.

Treat every trader with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language of any kind will result in immediate account suspension. This includes in-app messaging, profile bios, and listing descriptions.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans:

• Impersonating other traders or team members;
• Switch-and-bait tactics (offering one item, sending a different one);
• Requesting phishing links or external payment outside Steam;
• Using fake screenshots or false trade records;
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans.

GOLD CAMEL encourages fair trades. While we do not enforce specific price ratios, we expect traders to negotiate in good faith. Attempting to exploit inexperienced traders through extreme undervaluing is a violation of these guidelines.

Use the in-app “Report” button on any profile, listing, or message to flag violations. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. False or malicious reports are themselves a violation of these guidelines.

Violations may result in: a warning, listing removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban — depending on severity and recurrence. All enforcement decisions can be appealed by contacting [email protected].

We update these guidelines as the community grows. Significant changes will be announced in the platform notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
