• Listing data: items listed, wishlist, trade history;
• Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, features used;
• Communication data: messages sent on the platform;
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we store only subscription status and plan details.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the platform;
• Match you with compatible trade partners;
• Send transactional emails (match notifications, account alerts);
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., billing records, which may be kept for up to 7 years).

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing;
• Steam OpenID — account linking and identity verification;
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection;
• Vercel / AWS — hosting and infrastructure.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and we contractually require them to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption at rest, TLS in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and regular security audits. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password and enable Steam Guard on your Steam account.
